Dutch Maid Bakery, Inc. (est. 1978) is a wholesale manufacturer of cake products primarily sold to the Supermarket industry. Our 120,000 square foot production facility is located in Boston, Massachusetts. We offer an array of products that includes a large assortment of dessert cakes, decorated occasion cakes, iced only and un-iced layers and sheets, brownies, cupcakes, carrot cake and many other specialty items. A wide variety of standard icing flavors are available as well as custom formulations on request. Our cake and icing products are made using only high quality base ingredients which are mixed from “scratch” formulations developed by our own technical specialists. This in-house expertise allows us to meet specific and unique customer requirements without being restricted by the limitations of pre-mix products.
